(hereinafter, “the provider”), with registered office at Polígono Industrial de Heras, 123 (Heras, Cantabria, Spain).

Administrative authorisation: In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, and pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD, the website owner informs all users who provide or will provide personal data that such data will be included in an automated file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Use of the website “Mudanzas Sito” (www.mudanzassito.com) implies the user’s full acceptance of the General Terms set out here. Users who do not agree with them should refrain from using the website.
By using the website, users also expressly, freely and unequivocally agree to their personal data being processed by the provider in order to produce statistical studies and to send the website newsletter (when requested).
